Amanda is the first “pasta” made from legumes in the world that can be “risottata” with just under a glass of water and a little salt: in fact, just a few minutes are enough to rediscover in the dish all the flavors, aromas, colors, and especially the nutritional values of the seed harvested in the field. All this with a great saving of water, energy, time, and a little salt.
The Yellow Pea Trofie by Amanda are a dish rich in proteins, vitamins, and plant fibers, energetic and highly digestible because they contain very few fats and sugars. They are excellent as a first course but also as a second or paired with a dish, and they are ideal for anyone who loves the consumption of noble plant proteins and wants to reduce the intake of gluten and meat.
Ingredients: Yellow Pea Flour, Pure Water. No use of thickeners, colorings, flavorings, or texturizers.
Cooking time: 4 minutes when risotto-style with very little water and a pinch of salt. 3 minutes in plenty of salted water + 1 minute in a pan.
Naturally gluten-free pasta, but produced in a facility that uses it.
