Fishing, filleting, pressing, barrel aging, and packaging are done according to traditional techniques. The result: a 100% artisanal anchovy of the highest quality.
Produced entirely by hand and with traditional methods, semi-preserved, and with a very low salt concentration. Meaty consistency and high quality. Easy to open with a metal sheet and a plastic lid for storage after opening.
The Anchovy Fillets from the Cantabrian Sea by Salanort are perfect to enjoy on their own but also to create delicious finger foods to serve during aperitifs with friends.
To fully savor it, the anchovy fillet can be accompanied by a toast with a small knob of butter.
