A dessert that tastes like spring and has the fragrance of almond and orange. This special colomba has a very soft and flavorful dough, a fragrant glaze, and its candied oranges are super soft and made by hand.
Ingredients: Type "00" flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, candied orange peel, water, Ivoire Valrhona white chocolate, honey, amaretto liqueur, malted flour, salt, orange zest, mandarin zest, vanilla. Weight: 750g.
For a long time, the Classic Colomba has represented Easter and it cannot be missing from our tables during this time. As a pairing, we recommend a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, gently sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewurtztraminer or a Lugana DOC can be suitable, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Valdobbiadene, the result is more... festive!
