Fishing, filleting, pressing, barrel aging, and packaging are carried out using traditional techniques. The result: a 100% artisanal anchovy of the highest quality.
Produced entirely by hand and using traditional methods, in semi-preservation and with a very low salt concentration. Meaty texture and high quality. Easy opening with a metal foil and plastic lid for storage after opening.

To fully enjoy them, the anchovy fillet can be accompanied by a slice of bread with a small knob of butter.
