Fontana BIO uses an extremely innovative process: cold drying. This procedure allows for the creation of a spread without the addition of sugars, without the use of pectin, and without the use of preservatives.
The peaches used come from Pescantina, while the elderflower is sourced from the banks of the Adige River. These are very particular plants whose fragrance provides an unusual yet pleasant aroma with a delicate touch.
