The first nose surprises with orange peel and truffle. After the circular movement of the glass, aromas of red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry combine with flavors of balsamic vinegar and licorice with hints of violet.
On the palate, a beautiful fresh attack emerges, developing the fruit. The long finish gives the impression of crunching into red fruit.
Chateau La Patache pairs best with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasts, braises, and grilled meats. Excellent also with strong cheeses and chocolate desserts.
