Cantucci are born as tasty loaves enriched by the distinctive flavor of almonds, baked whole and then cut into the typical shape. Cantucci are then baked again in the oven thanks to a second cooking that gives the characteristic crunchy texture and golden color.
Along with the classic cantucci, you will also find cocoa cantucci, a very tasty variant. Finally, you will find the delicious biscottoni and chocolate cookies, another typical Tuscan product made exclusively with cocoa sourced from fair trade supply chains.
