The Traminer grappa from Zu Plun is made with pomace produced by the South Tyrolean winemakers Gumphof and Weinberghof.
It is distilled using the "discontinuous" method: distilled twice in copper.
The aroma is elegant with pronounced floral notes.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and typical.
The pomace of Traminer comes from the Maso Koferer, which rises above the Novacella Abbey. It is a smooth and aromatic grappa with beautiful floral notes on the nose and a pleasant spicy sensation on the palate.
