Vinotello from Vigneto dei Salumi is a drunken cheese that is more unique than rare! The artisan craft has driven Walter Ceradini and his collaborators to carry out new and surprising experiments using the special blend obtained from the aging process of the Giulietta or Isabella salami, which many others would certainly have discarded.

A blend that is quite different from the wine we are used to drinking, a nectar rich in preserving all the aromas and fragrances of aging, while maintaining the original aromatic and taste profile of wine.

A blend that contains traces of salt, a characteristic for which it has been renamed Vino Cristallino. Vino Cristallino is the product of a unique craftsmanship in the world, a blend that is physically composed of Amarone and Recioto, but spiritually, of knowledge, love, and madness, that is, all those ways of being that guide and inspire the work of the Vigneto dei Salumi.

An ingredient that intertwines with the other products of the Vigneto dei Salumi line to create something truly unique! The Vinotello of the Vigneto dei Salumi is a drunken cheese that comes from the meeting of the work of cheese producers from the mountainous territory of Verona, Lessinia, and that of the Vigneto dei Salumi.

These dairies have specifically packaged a product destined for the artisan laboratory of Arbizzano di Negrar of the Vigneto dei Salumi, a cheese produced following a particular process that makes it suitable to be further aged in Vino Cristallino.

On the nose, the fragrance of the curd blends with the sweet and tart scent of Vino Cristallino. On the palate, the sweet taste of milk is accompanied by the pleasant saltiness of Vino Cristallino. The Vinotello is a fresh caciotta made from cow's milk sourced from cows in the Verona area.

The fresh caciotta is immersed for 40-50 days in Vino Cristallino, thus creating a truly unique drunken cheese, to eat and drink at the same time.
