Spirito di Visciola is a distillate obtained through the double-boiler distillation of fermented visciole that come from the production of visciola wine.
The visciole are not pitted, and therefore during the distillation process, both the aromas of the visciola pulp and the pit are extracted, making this product very special.

Spirito di Visciola pairs excellently with chocolate in general, but it can also be enjoyed on its own in meditation or used to create excellent cocktails.
It has a transparent and crystalline appearance, with significant aromas of ripe visciola on the nose. On the palate, the flavor of ripe visciola is more pronounced and is followed by the taste of green almond, due to the distillation of the pit. The alcohol present is not harsh, and overall it is very smooth and fruity.
