The chestnut cream from Agrimontana is made with only Italian chestnuts grown in mountain chestnut groves that undergo no treatment, cultivated in respect of the natural rhythms of nature and tradition.

This cream is thick and nutritious, and its traditional recipe is followed using only selected fruit, raw cane sugar, and natural extract of bourbon vanilla beans. The used chestnuts are peeled and not whole chestnuts with the skin, and no type of additive is used.

The origin of the chestnuts is not only a value for the company but also a distinctive feature of each variety in terms of aroma and use in pastry, ice cream, and catering. From the Val Susa and Cuneo, tender, elegant, and delicate fruits arrive; their distinctive feature is the classic rounded shape.

Ingredients: chestnuts, cane sugar, natural vanilla extract. 52g of fruit per 100g. The possible presence of surface liquid is a natural characteristic of the product. It is recommended to mix before use.
