The Truffle-flavored EVO oil condiment from Masseria delle Stagioni is the combination of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, exclusively produced from olives sourced from the farms of the Caserta company, and 100% Italian chili peppers.
Cultivar: Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, Pendolino.
Farming: consists of about two thousand specimens, most of which are "twenty-year-old" plants, but a significant portion is represented by centuries-old plants.
Harvesting: carried out by hand through picking and shaking. Cold pressing done in the hours immediately following.
The Truffle-flavored EVO oil condiment by Masseria delle Stagioni is excellent for dressing tomato pasta and enriching dishes based on roasted white meats. It can be gently melted over slices of red meat and baked potatoes.
