The Olio Extravergine Dorica "Fruttato Verde" Il Semidana Monocultivar is a cultivar obtained exclusively from the olives of the Semidana cultivar, present throughout Sardinia with particular diffusion in the central area. It has been selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project to enhance the typical cultivars of Sardinia.

The Semidana is a monocultivar that expresses an extra virgin oil with light bitter tones, hints of golden apple, almond, and a strong spiciness, which then remains in the taste with a pleasantly persistent note.

Supply chain guarantee: The harvest, done with the help of mechanical means, is carried out exclusively directly from the tree, not collecting the olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is at a medium ripening stage.
