The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dorica "Fruttato Verde" Tonda Di Cagliari Monocultivar is a cultivar present throughout Sardinia, with particular diffusion in the southern area of the island. It has been selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project for the enhancement of typical Sardinian cultivars.

The Tonda di Cagliari is a monocultivar that combines intensity and balance, showing a pronounced yet non-intrusive character, with bitterness and spiciness accompanied by hints of fresh fruit and cooked vegetables, which remain pleasantly present on the palate.

Supply chain guarantee: The harvesting, done with the aid of mechanical means, is carried out exclusively directly from the tree, without collecting the olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is at a medium ripening stage.
