The Extravirgin Olive Oil Dorica "Fruttato Verde" Nera di Oliena Monocultivar is a cultivar present throughout Sardinia, with particular diffusion in the central area of the island. It has been selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project to enhance the typical cultivars of Sardinia.

The Nera di Oliena is a monocultivar, which expresses itself envelopingly at the olfactory level, offering fruity notes of medium ripe tomato with balsamic hints of basil. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious with varied vegetal nuances that make it a complex yet profoundly elegant product.

Supply chain guarantee: The harvest, carried out with the aid of mechanical means, is done exclusively directly from the tree, without collecting the olives fallen to the ground, when the fruit is in a stage of medium ripening.
