The Organic DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sardinia represents the union between organic farming and the guarantees of quality and typicity of certification. The Organic DOP is obtained from olives mainly of the Bosana cultivar, harvested at the beginning of ripening.
The harvest, carried out with the aid of mechanical means, is exclusively done directly from the tree, without collecting the olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is at a medium ripening stage.
