The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Selezione Bottiglia Nera by De Faveri Spumanti is a truly elegant wine, with intense fruity aromas and a dry taste. De Faveri obtains it from the selection of its best Glera grapes from the high hill vineyards in the municipalities of Valdobbiadene and Vidor.
Training system: Cappuccina with a planting density of 3x1 and Guyot with a planting density of 2.80x1.
Harvest time: second half of September.
Vinification: white vinification in stainless steel.
Secondary fermentation: with selected indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures for 30 days.
Sparking method: Italian method (Martinotti) with secondary fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves through natural fermentation.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: delicate, fruity and aromatic.
