The Grappa di Ruchè 7.0 Barricata Riserva is a grappa launched on the occasion of the 170 years of the Mazzetti d’Altavilla company, which has won the palate of new generations. It is a refined and fragrant grappa that “speaks” through numbers: seven are the generations of “Mazzetti d’Altavilla distillers”, seven are also the municipalities where Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato grapes mature; Zero are the kilometers traveled by the Ruché pomace to reach the Grapperia and be distilled in all their freshness, Zero is also the environmental impact of the production plants thanks to the use of renewable energy sources.
The Grappa di Ruché 7.0 is produced from a unique grape variety characterized by its “explosive” notes of rose and violet, Ruché expresses in aging the scents of a grappa ideal for a curious and demanding generation.
The essence of this grappa is summed up in a single phrase: “Seven generations, zero kilometers. Period.”

The Grappa di Ruchè 7.0 Barricata Riserva pairs perfectly with caramelized hazelnuts, particularly the Tonda Gentile variety from Langhe, and nougat.
Olfactory evaluation: intense and original aroma. It surprises with its broad floral notes of Viola Mammola, typical of the hills of northern Astigiano, jasmine, and intense wild white flowers (Prugnolo).
Taste: bold and complex, harmonious, pleasantly sweet with excellent aromatic persistence. Intense floral and spicy notes.
