The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Dry Selezione Bottiglia Nera from De Faveri Spumanti is a truly elegant wine, with a straw yellow color, intense fruit aromas, and a pleasant taste. De Faveri produces it from the selection of its best Glera grapes from the high hills vineyards in the municipalities of Valdobbiadene and Vidor.
Training system: Cappuccina with a planting density of 3x1 and Guyot with a planting density of 2.80x1.
Harvest period: second half of September.
Vinification: in white in stainless steel.
Charmat method: with selected indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature for 25-30 days.
Spumantizzazione: Italian method (Martinotti) with charmatisation in stainless steel autoclave through natural fermentation.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: fresh, slightly sweet, harmonious.

The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Dry Selezione Bottiglia Nera by De Faveri Spumanti is perfect paired with the sweet and sour spicy Asian cuisine that complements its sweetness.
For the same reason, it pairs excellently with the traditional local dish of sardines in saor from Venice.
