The Whole Porcini Mushrooms in Oil by Stefania Calugi are carefully selected, processed according to Tuscan traditions and prepared for cooking. This way they fully maintain the flavor and delicacy of porcini mushrooms.
Since 1987, Stefania aimed to enhance the territory and supply chain of her region, Tuscany, with the goal of building over time an excellence of Made in Italy. Special care is given both in the selection of raw materials and in the execution of processing processes, always oriented towards constant technological innovation.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 60%, sunflower oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, aromatic plants, spices. Does not contain GMOs.
