The Raspberry and Truffle Specialty by Stefania Calugi  is a product that combines the sweet and tart taste of raspberry with the fresh summer truffle, creating an interesting pairing. 

Since 1987, Stefania has aimed to enhance the territory and supply chain of her region, Tuscany, with the goal of gradually building an excellence of Made in Italy. Special care is taken in both the selection of raw materials and the execution of the processing techniques, always oriented towards continuous technological innovation.

Ingredients: raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0.3% corresponding to 1% of fresh truffle, "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena" PGI (wine vinegar, cooked grape must, coloring: E150d), aroma. Does not contain GMOs.
