The Truffle Petals by Stefania Calugi are the result of a mix of salt and dehydrated summer truffle, which acquires the crunchiness of a fried potato. This combination captures the flavor and aroma of fresh truffle multiplied by 6 times.

Since 1987, Stefania aimed to enhance the territory and supply chain of her region, Tuscany, with the goal of building over time an excellence of Made in Italy. Special care is given both in the selection of raw materials and in the execution of processing processes, always oriented towards constant technological innovation.

Ingredients: dehydrated summer truffle slices (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 50%, salt 47%, flavors, coloring: vegetable charcoal. Does not contain GMOs.
