The result is a wine with a distinct elegance, whose maturation in barriques for just over a year leads to a smooth yet reactive tasting experience, with a great gustatory participation.

Vineyards: from the Glen and Mazzon area at 450 m altitude, on clay and sandy soils
Winemaking: fermentation, with maceration, takes place in oak tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°C.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barriques and 12 months in bottle
Allergens: sulfites
Alcohol Percentage: 13.5%
