Saffronaise, the vegetable mayonnaise with saffron by Matteo Bertoli, is an absolute novelty on the market, both in Italy and internationally. Saffronaise is made up of only 5 ingredients, it is Vegan Friendly and Gluten Free. Most vegetable mayonnaises are made with processed starches and pea or soy powders, but not this one. It is free from any allergens, contains no preservatives, additives or thickeners, making it perfect even for children.
This is a heat-resistant product and has an excellent shelf life. The expiration date is one year from the date of production; if opened, it can be stored for a long time as it does not contain eggs.
It is recommended to consume within 7 days of opening to enjoy the product in all its freshness and intensity.
