The Tintilia jelly from Il Fruttuoso Carmelo is an indissolubly linked jelly to the Molisano territory. Tintilia, in fact, is an indigenous grape variety of this region, used for the production of an excellent red wine with fruity notes. Its dark and intense color allows for a shiny jelly with a full-bodied consistency.
Ingredients: Tintilia wine (52%), sugar, and pectin.
The Tintilia wine used for making this jelly is produced by a Molisano company, whose vineyards are managed organically.
