Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Production area: Pramaggiore, owned vineyards
Altitude: 25-40 m above sea level.
Soil type: Medium-textured, clayey
Training method: Guyot.
Winemaking: Manual harvest of the grapes during the first decade of September. A short prefementation maceration at controlled temperature follows. The must obtained is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where, at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C, with the aid of highly selected yeasts, fermentation is completed within 10 days. The resulting wine is placed in French oak tonneaux with a capacity of 700 liters where it will mature until the bottling moment. Finally, it rests in the bottle for the following three months.
