TASTING

Flavor: sweet, which becomes more sugary after the addition of strawberries, and the taste of strawberry is slightly noticeable.
Crust: absent.
Paste: White or straw-colored, very creamy, veined due to the development of molds. After the addition of strawberries, a clear red coloration is noticeable as it gradually spreads.

Tasting notes

Sapore: dolce, che dopo l'aggiunta delle fragole diventa più zuccherino e si avverte leggermente il sapore della fragola.
Crosta: assente.
Pasta: Bianca o paglierina, molto cremosa, screziata per lo sviluppo di muffe. Dopo l'aggiunta delle fragole si nota chiaramente la colorazione rossa che man mano si estende.
