The Lucifero di Arrigoni (which we present to you on this page in a 1/2 form of about 6kg) is a blue cheese excellent when paired with dried fruit and autumn fruits like pears, grapes, apples, or figs, but also with fresh fruit transformed into jam. You can also try it with dried bananas, quince jam, or dried plums, or simply accompanied by some excellent balsamic vinegar.
Flavor: sweet and slightly spicy due to the presence of chili pepper.
Crust: compact, rough, hard with a gray/pink color, not edible.
Paste: white or straw-colored, buttery and melting, marbled due to the development of molds, with the presence of chili pepper of the typical red color.
