The Settimo Cielo Metodo Classico Extra Brut 2012 by Perla del Garda is perfect with pasta dishes with seafood sauces, baked prawns with aromatic herbs, or fish lasagna.
In the glass, it has a straw-yellow color, the perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose, delicate hints of fruit emerge, especially peach, along with pleasant floral notes of linden and wisteria. On the palate, it is creamy, soft, and fresh.
