Exceptional Barbera Grappa, aged for 2 years in oak barrels and then for another 2 years in Spanish sherry casks. The pomace is collected and freshly selected during the harvest by Sibona.
The flavor, unique and enveloping, has a pleasant aftertaste and hints of dried fruit and cocoa.
Aroma that fills the nose with notes of hazelnuts and walnuts.
Grapes: Monovarietal Barbera pomace
Alcohol: 44% vol.
Aging: 2 years in oak barrels and an additional 2 years in Spanish sherry casks
It is recommended to savor it with aged cheeses and dried fruits, almonds and hazelnuts, as it has a persistent finish that prolongs the delight.
It shows its best when served in a balloon glass without a stem, like cognac.
Serve at a temperature of 18 degrees with high-quality dark chocolate for a unique experience.
