Production Area: Monteiasi, Montemesola, and surrounding areas of the province of Taranto.
Altitude: 20 meters a.s.l.
Processing: Overripe grapes, mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, slow fermentation in steel for 30 days, aging on the lees.
Aging: In the bottle for two months.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
