The Satèn Party Instinct Franciacorta Brut DOCG 2016 by Franciacorta Belòn is a sparkling wine made solely from Chardonnay grapes, characterized by a soft and silky mousse.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyards: The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encompass all the different shades and essences of the area.
Aging: A percentage of 10% is aged in small and fine French oak barrels. This is followed by natural refermentation in the bottle and then the élevage on the lees for a period of no less than 24 months.

The Satèn Party Instinct Franciacorta Brut DOCG 2016 by Franciacorta Belòn is an excellent sparkling wine as an aperitif and pairs well with delicate first courses. It perfectly complements dishes based on lake fish and shellfish.

Tasting

Sensory analysis: In its enveloping bouquet, typical of bottle fermentation, almond notes meet those of hazelnut and blend with hints of bread crust, enhancing a trail of floral aromas. Balanced and velvety on the palate, it has a good structure, between savoriness and citrus freshness.
