Grapes: Pinot Noir 100%
Vineyards: The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards in the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encapsulate all the different shades and essences of the area.
Aging: The richness and identity of this noble Franciacorta are the result of natural fermentation that occurs in the bottle. It is enriched by an aging on the lees for a period of no less than 24 months. The process of remouage, finally, completes this precious Rosé.

The Rosè Instinct Franciacorta Brut DOCG 2016 by Franciacorta Belòn is a perfect wine for the entire meal, thanks to its smooth yet savory and winey structure, and its richness of aromas.
Sensory analysis: brilliant color and good intensity varying according to the vintages. Strong and lively olfactory impact with marked notes of berries, strawberry, cherry, and orange peel. It has a pleasant winey character, good structure, and long persistence, well supported by the complexity of the pinot noir.
