Grapes: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
Vineyards: The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encompass all the different nuances and essences of the area.
Aging: More than six years of sacrifices make this cuvée a temptation. A percentage of 10% is aged in small and precious French oak barrels. Following this, there is natural refermentation in the bottle and then aging on the lees for a period of 80 months.

The Pas Dosè Noir 80 months Franciacorta DOCG 2011 by Franciacorta Belòn is an excellent wine to enjoy throughout the meal, thanks to its olfactory complexity and rich flavor profile. It pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes, especially oysters.
Sensory analysis: interprets the Terroir with its fragrance and aromatic complexity, evoking notes of citrus, almond, and crusty bread. It is an intense wine, significant on the palate, with a rich texture well-defined by freshness and a savory minerality. It has an excellent taste-olfactory persistence that gives this wine power and nobility.
