The unfiltered Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil from the Antico Frantoio di Saguato is an oil obtained directly and exclusively from Taggiasca olives from the Dianese valleys.
This oil is the result of a pressing carried out with olives picked and pressed in the same day. Olives are harvested at different times of the year, from November to the end of February, and pressed at the mill.
The harvesting is strictly done by hand using pneumatic harvesters, on nets laid out at the moment to collect only the olives shaken and not those that naturally fell over time, which would compromise the quality of the oil.
The pressing is carried out on the same day at the mill, with cold processing, always below 27°C.

The unfiltered Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil from the Antico Frantoio di Saguato is an excellent cold-pressed oil, with a green color and yellow highlights, slightly fruity and herbaceous, characterized by a sweet taste, slightly spicy at the finish with a homogeneous and balanced aroma.
Dietetically, it is a very balanced oil. Indispensable on all dishes, it enhances every type of cuisine.
