Unfiltered “Taggiasca” EVO Oil (750ml) - Saguato

The unfiltered Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil from the Antico Frantoio di Saguato is an oil obtained directly and exclusively from Taggiasca olives from the Dianesi valleys.

This oil is the result of a pressing process carried out with olives that are picked and pressed on the same day. The olives are harvested at different times of the year, from November to the end of February, and are processed in the company mill.
The harvesting is strictly done by hand with pneumatic harvesters, using nets laid out at the moment to catch only the olives that have been shaken and not those that have fallen naturally over time, which would compromise the quality of the oil.
The pressing is done on the same day in the mill, with cold processing, always below 27°C.
