Ambassador and pride of Made in Calabria, 'Nduja is the ultimate Calabrian salami, known and consumed all over the world.
Nduja is an atypical cured meat that is usually found as a spreadable salami due to its soft and creamy consistency, rather than being sliced.
'Nduja is produced through the careful selection and grinding of fatty parts of the pig (pancetta, guanciale, lardello) and trimmings of lean parts, to which salt and the unmistakable flavor of Calabrian red pepper are added, as a fundamental element of a good 'Nduja Calabrese in a jar.
Ingredients: Meat, pork fat 70%, hot chili pepper 27%, salt, sunflower seed oil.
