The Fileja is a traditional Calabrian pasta typical of the province of Vibo Valentia.
It is a simple dish, made only with flour and water. It is light yellow in color, with a characteristic shape of "elongated screw".
Produced through artisanal processing and dried at low temperatures; drawn through bronze molds.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water.

Cooking time: 10/12 minutes
Preparation tips: use one liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. The amount of salt is 10 g for each liter of water. Salt and add the pasta all at once when the water reaches a full boil.
