These taralli have always been produced following the traditional recipe of the tarallo biscuit from San Lorenzello, and the same type of craftsmanship is used to keep the product artisanal.

The dough is made using mother yeast, which ensures natural leavening. The dough is then cut into strips that are intertwined by hand or with automatic machines, after which they are boiled and then placed in the oven to complete the cooking process.
