The Evo Colle Romano Blend oil is made from hand-picked olives, selected one by one; it undergoes a milling process at 21 degrees, allowing it to preserve its typical nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. Throughout the process, the temperature is constantly monitored.
To this day, all the labels of this fantastic oil are signed by nonna Maria.
