In the heart of Abruzzo lies Fattoria Cretarola, its 12 hectares of hilly land and the passion for their products allow it to create truly exceptional oils.
The company skillfully combines tradition with innovation, overseeing the entire process from start to finish: from the cultivation of olives to processing and the production of the finest local excellences.
The products of Fattoria Cretarola in 2020 received the Tre Foglie “Oli d’Italia” award from Gambero Rosso, and they have already been recognized for 2021 as well.
The olio Evo Colle Sacro is produced with hand-picked olives selected one by one; it follows a grinding process at 21 degrees that allows it to preserve its typical nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. Throughout the process, the temperature is constantly monitored.
Even today, all labels of this fantastic oil are signed by nonna Maria.
The uniqueness of this format lies in its special packaging, hand-painted ceramic bottles from Castelli made by historic artisans.

The Olio Evo Colle Sacro is part of the family of light fruity oils.
On the nose, it has scents of unripe tomato, green apple, lettuce, celery, herbs, green banana, sweet almond, artichoke, and fresh grass.
On the palate, it is spicy and bitter, two flavors that are perfectly balanced.
This fantastic oil pairs wonderfully in the kitchen with fish, soups, or vegetables.
