Normal cooking time: about 60 minutes
Soaking not necessary.
Preparation method: cook in 3 liters of unsalted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 50 minutes. Add salt only at the end of cooking.
Storage should be in a cool place (max 14°C) and dry (max 60% R.H.), protected from direct sunlight.
