Normal cooking time: about 60 minutes
Preparation method: soak in cold water for 12 hours. Always rinse with cold water. Cook in plenty of unsalted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 60 minutes.
Storage should take place in a cool place (max 14° C) and dry (max 60% R.H.), away from direct sunlight.
