The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Il Sole Verde is obtained from olives produced by Moraiolo, Fiorentino, and Leccino trees.
The olive grove is located on a hill overlooking the town of Mercatale Valdarno, at the border of the Chianti Classico area and very close to the city of Siena.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted using mechanical processes without any chemical additives. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand and are stored for a very short time in the warehouse in order to obtain a product with low acidity, rich in aromas, and with a bright green color.
