The Fassone Piemontese Bresaola Carpaccio by Lenti reinterprets the classic bresaola and the carne salada in a modern key, blending them together, positioning itself between the first, dry and flavorful, and the second, very fresh and moist. Thanks to its short aging, a delicate, low-salt, and particularly lean product is created. A light, fresh, and fragrant alternative to classic bresaola.

The product is obtained from Piemontese breed cattle, subjected to slow marinating with aroma absorption for dry salting; it is followed by a light massage to soften and make the meat pleasantly tender on the palate. Thus flavored, the product undergoes a gentle aging process to maintain its fragrance and softness intact.

Marinating: slow, with aroma absorption for dry salting.
Aging: light.
Packaging: in transparent trays in a protective atmosphere.
The Fassone Piemontese Bresaola Carpaccio contains no added polyphosphates, is gluten-free, and lactose-free. Furthermore, it does not contain substances or products that cause allergies or intolerances.
