The aged pecorino bagnolese mixed with aromas is aged for about 9 months, the time required to achieve a straw-yellow color, a semi-hard texture, and a mildly spicy flavor, accompanied by the taste of aromatic herbs. It’s ideal for a complete and quick meal or to enrich a sumptuous platter.
