It is an extra virgin olive oil consisting of 100% olives from the Nocellara del Belice variety, one of the most appreciated and renowned cultivars in Sicily. Our EVO Oil has an extremely low level of acidity and peroxides, and it is genuine because it comes solely from our olive groves. It will amaze you with its strong yet balanced character, which harmoniously combines a medium intensity fruitiness with vegetative bitter and spicy notes. The aftertaste is fresh and persistent.
It is certified IGP Sicilia, a protected geographical indication recognized in 2016 by the European Union that pertains to extra virgin olive oil produced from olives harvested in the territories of municipalities in Sicily and compliant with the specification, a synonym for quality and traceability.
