The Artisan Chocolate Colomba made by Master Pastry Chef Michele Somma in Santa Maria La Carità (NA) is produced exclusively with mother yeast and all its ingredients are completely natural, containing no additives, GMOs, or preservatives.
The hours of fermentation make it extremely fluffy. It presents itself as a soft and buttery colomba.
It is sold in an elegant gift box.

Storage Instructions: After opening, store in the original closed bag. Keep at room temperature. Consume by the expiration date indicated on the packaging as the product is artisan-made and contains no preservatives.

The Chocolate Artisan Colomba from Pasticceria la Delizia is made with a soft and light dough that engages the senses through a succession of tactile and olfactory sensations.
As a pairing, we recommend a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewurtztraminer or a Lugana DOC can be suitable, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Valdobbiadene, the result is more... festive!
