Made with raw cow's milk from family farms, the Truffle Cheese from Fattoria Giambrone is a true delicacy for the palate. This spun cheese is handcrafted starting from the highest quality milk, processed directly by the master cheesemakers of the Farm.
The fresh tuma is embellished with slices of Italian summer truffle that give it an enveloping and unmistakable aroma. The cheese curd is then semi-cooked and salted through an artisanal brining process. It then dries for a couple of days before being packaged for the final consumer.
From the producer to the consumer, this Truffle Cheese should be enjoyed in its pure form paired with a rustic bread with an intense flavor. Excellent for stuffing a tasty sandwich, it is perfect when accompanied by a good glass of full-bodied red wine, which will enhance the intense and complex flavor of this unique and intoxicating cheese.
