The Criollo Chuao tablet by Domori uses an exceptional variety of Criollo, a cocoa plant increasingly sought after by chocolate lovers and enthusiasts worldwide.
Chuao is a variety of cocoa native to Venezuela, renowned for its quality and unique aroma. The Criollo cocoa plant, of which Chuao is a part, was originally cultivated by the indigenous peoples of Venezuela and Mexico. It is considered one of the most precious cocoa varieties and represents only 0.01% of the cocoa produced in the world. This cocoa is also very rare, as it is a plant that produces only a small amount of cocoa beans each year.
Domori has recovered this precious variety of cocoa that was at risk of extinction by creating, right in Venezuela, the largest plantation in the world, from which it receives the raw material that it transforms every day through the purest and simplest recipe.
Ingredients: 70% cocoa paste and 30% cane sugar. May contain traces of milk, nuts, and soy.
